In July 2009, with the approval of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (Document No. Guozigai [2009] 468 "Reply on the Establishment of China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited"), Guodian Group jointly with Liaoning Electric Power as co-sponsors, with Guodian Group contributing all the net assets of Longyuan Power Group Company as capital contribution and Liaoning Electric Power contributing cash, restructured Longyuan Power Group Company overall and transformed it into "China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited". On July 9, 2009, Longyuan Power was registered and established by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, legally holding the "Business License of Enterprise Legal Person" with registration number 100000000012769, with registered capital of RMB 5,000 million.
