The company was restructured into a joint-stock company in February 1999, issued shares in July 2000, and was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Its stock abbreviation is "CITIC Offshore Helicopter" with stock code "000099". It is the first and currently the only listed company in China's general aviation industry under the CITIC Group.
